Jeff grew up in Gothenburg, Nebraska, and moved ot Grand Island
during his junior year of high school. He attended Doane
College before being accepted to the University of Houston where
he received his bachelor degree. In 1997 following
externships at Ehrling Berquist Hospital and the Omaha Eye
Institute, Jeff graduated from the University of Houston College
of Optometry with his Doctor of Optometry degree.
In June of 1997, Jeff and his wife Stephanie moved to
Norfolk. He joined the practice of Rick Authier and Steve
Miller. Stephanie began teaching at Columbus Scotus High
School until the year 2000 when she joined the staff at Lutheran
High Northeast where she currently teaches German.
Jeff and Stephanie have two sons and enjoy many activities
together, including YMCA sports, golf and spending time at the
pool. They are also members of Our Savior Lutheran church
where they are involved with a number of church programs.
Jeff has held numerous positions in the Nebraska Optometric
Association, and he currently serves on the Board of
Directors. |
