Dr. Jenny Fursteanau grew up in Bennington,
NE and graduated from Bennington High Shool in 1998. She
then attended Midland Lutheran College. She graduated in
2002 with a bachelor of science degree in biology, with a minor in
chemistry. In 2006, she received her doctor of optometry
degree from University of Missouri, St. Louis College of
Optometry.
Jenny joined Authier Miller Pape Eyecare in July
2006, following the retirement of Dr. Rick Authier. She
currently travels to the two satellite clinics located in Pierce
and Randolph. She is a member of the American Optometric
Association and Nebraska Optometric Association. She is a
contact and cornea section member of the AOA.
Jenny is member of the Grace Lutheran Church,
where she is active in both the Sunday school and Bible school
programs. She has also served on the committee for the
Antelope's County's Relay for Life.
She and her husband, Cory, have one son,
Dylan. Cory is involved in farming and ranching on their
family farm outside of Neligh. Jenny enjoys many activities
with her family including golfing and traveling. |
